I loved the first few chapters of this book. I've read this author before and enjoyed her work and this story appeals to me enormously. I love dual timeline novels with mysteries to be discovered through the generations. I also really like the characters and want to know more about them and the promise of an Arctic connection really fascinates me. The cover is beautiful, really atmospheric. I want to read more!
