Karin Slaughter's books are always intriguing, thrilling and full of mystery, and this looks to be no exception. I was hooked from the first page and already am invested in the characters and hoping that they solve the mystery. The time jump in the first few chapters was a great addition, and keeps the reader engaged. I'm excited to read on.
