Another great book from Karin Slaughter. I have only read one from her before but I loved this one. It would have helped I think to have read the previous DI will Trent books to get his back story but this didn't overally affect my feelings towards this book. Great characters which have been developed over time. Lots of new characters who had good depth as well. The story hit on some tough, current subjects which made the story even better. This is definitely a book for the modern age.
The front cover and the hard cover are beautiful and really work with the story.
I would recommend this book to any one who loves thrillers and police procedurals.
If you may be affected by rape or the me to movement I wouldn't recommend reading this one.
Loved the twist at the end, I kinda saw it coming but also didn't so that was good.
