Let me start by saying I love Karin Slaughter and her books and had very high hopes for this one. ‘After that night’ had me hooked at the beginning, Sara is a doctor treating a woman who says she was raped, 15 years before Sara was raped, are the connected? Towards the middle I was getting slightly bored and was muddling up the characters names. However the ending was something I didn’t expect so that made up for the middle of the book. I enjoyed the story as a whole and was absolutely loved Sara I thought she was an interesting character with an interesting story.
I would highly recommend this books especially if you enjoy the other stories in the will Trent collection. Also read this book if you enjoy Karin slaughter books.
