It’s clear from the reading the first few pages that this book is going to be a great read.
I felt as if I was in the hospital as Sara battled to save Dani’s life. A great deal of research has clearly been done before pen was put to paper.
Sara promises the dying patient that she will do her best to make the perpetrator of her death pay for his crime but it soon becomes clear that she has a battle on her hands.
She also realises that the path of her own career as a specialist doctor has been thwarted by the wealthy family of the person who committed this terrible crime so she clearly now has even more reason to bring the criminal and perhaps his family to justice.
Reading the beginning of the book leaves me feeling I’ve come to the end of the first episode of an exciting thriller TV series and I can’t wait to find out what happens next.
