The book opens to an intriguing though somewhat confusing start. In particular, the opener "This story takes place in a number of worlds. But mostly in two." grabbed my attention. I also enjoyed the dialogue. I've read other works by E Lockhart and they've all been very different. I'll be interested to see what she brings to the table in this book.
