I thought that this novel had a really interesting storyline and it was definitely something different to what I would usually read. I am glad that I picked it up because it is great to read something that is out of the ordinary for me!
I thought it was a well written book which really used language to enhance the story. I liked the way that ‘might have beens’ were used to portray the opportunities and sadnesses which are part of everyday life.
The characters were engaging and likeable. It was interesting to see the development and the relationships between them.
The only thing I would say is that it was a little repetitive, but this was intentional due to the multiple universe idea. I think it was effective but perhaps could be confusing for some readers.
