It's very sad to see that the children addicted to drugs and alcohol are getting younger and younger as the years go on, and that the pressures of our current world are the main influences, and disgusting of all, is how readily available these products are!

Adelaide is experiencing heart break and family trauma because her brother is a recovering and sometimes relapsing addict. And her love life is just all over the place. To top that off she desperately needs to buckle down at school if she wants to get anywhere in life. Her actions are that of a typical teen, trying to understand the conflicting emotions she has running around her body. Her process of thought is a little all over the place but inevitably Adelaide gets there.

This story was good, a fast read, and quite relevant in todays society. I would not want to be a teenager again, again.
