This book is quite relatable about having breakups and not having a father figure. It feels like a slice of life book where you will get to see the struggles this young teenage girl is feeling (especially with her insecurities and all). I can tell this book is going to be sadly depressing with uplifting cheers to your heart because of the way she is writing about things happening in the past but seems like the boy does not remember anything at all when confronted.

Things I did not enjoy is that they are trying to make the character quirky which is fine but it doesn't feel genuine enough. I do like the authors usage of short sentences that really pulls a reader in and gets them finishing the chapters quickly.
