A brilliant YA book set in the Northern US States that touches on sensitive topics such as addiction and the thoughts of all those effected aswell as those that the average teenager would experience ie worrying about grades, having a part time job, relationships etc and I enjoyed the lightheartedness it had. I really liked the way Again, Again was laid out as it has different scenarios and allowed for the main character (Adelaide) to reminisce on past memories frequently. Quite an easy read with short chapters that was at just the right pace for me and it was very easy to dip in and out of. However, I have mixed feelings about the ending as it was quite unexpected and didn’t exactly fit with the character arc/ development I had in mind but I appreciated the creativity that it stemmed from. I hope to read more of E Lockhart’s books in the future which I’m sure I’ll enjoy!
