This book has me compelled to read it.
From the beautiful cover (and yellow is always going to catch my eye), it suggested some sort of alarm of unsettlement within the story.
Then I read the synopsis and I feel really drawn to this story.
Whilst the implication of the 'apocalypse' will draw many, it's the inner turmoil of the protagonist that really gets me.
Her research and preparation all sound like a coping mechanism, and I would love to delve into this world.
