I was sadly disappointed by this book. The idea behind a killer stalking and finding his victims online with online dating being so common these days was a great basis for a book.

I did enjoy all the parts of the book where the killer was involved. I loved hearing his thoughts and how he worked and how he treated his victims as it was so well written. Unfortunately the majority of the book I found boring and such a struggle to read because of this. I didn’t care about Paige or her mother. The best friend and her crazy cheating husband might have been exciting to read about had he been a potential suspect but we already knew he wasn’t the killer so it just seemed pointless other than to show you aren’t safe around men even when you know them.

There was no excitement, no real depth. It was like a chick lit book with a random killer thrown in. Not the dark journey I was expecting from the cover and the blurb.
