My oh my, what a first look. This book grabbed me from the first paragraph and I couldn't stop reading. I'm a huge fan of novels with a dystopian setting and ,with a geography degree where I studied extreme weather, that really struck a chord with me.
The concept of a world in crisis with super powers like Americe being brought low by the changes to the global climate is really enforced from the start in Chris Beckett's book. I really would love to read this.
I'm not too sure about the cover, it didn't really tell me what the book was about and I'm not sure it would catch my eye on the shelf.
