This isn't something I'd usually read but something about it... It just keeps pulling my thoughts back.
The writing and the characters in this sample are what you'd expect from this sort of story but it's fun seeing how they were adapted from their original counterparts. The story goes straight into it even with flashbacks but it makes me curious to see how this will play out. Especially as we haven't even met Anna yet.
This book would definitely be a guilty pleasure but it's one that I weirdly want to take me out of my comfort zone.
