The bright, colourful cover immediately captured my attention. When I discovered it was a retelling of Tolstoy's novel, it piqued my interest more. Anna Karenina is a book I'm hoping to read this year, so I'm intrigued to see how Jenny Lee twists the story. Moreover, any book set in New York is bound to be great, right?
