As someone who LOVED Gossip Girl, seeing the words "New York's Upper East Side" sent me back to my evenings of watching the show and loving the hilariously dramatic life of the wealthy. Because of my love for GG, and the bright colours on the front that reminded me of some of my favourite teen-fiction books, I thought this may be something that sends me back a little bit.
Though I can definitely confirm that I am no longer the age for this book, this was definitely intense from the get-go. There was so much drama within the first sentence that I found myself reading more and more before I was suddenly at the end of the sneak peek.
I'd definitely give this a go just to find out what becomes of the wealthy characters, but I'm not 100% sure what to expect.
I also couldn't help but do a little giggle whenever something like Snapstreak or 'DTF' came up.
