The story is mainly set around a girl named Anna K who is from a wealthy privileged family and has everything she wants until she has a chance encounter with Alexi Vronsky and everything changes from there....
I have to admit i really struggled when i first started reading Anna K, I was about 60 pages in and ready to give up but...............SO GLAD I DIDN'T!!
I stuck with it and was sucked into the story and had to finish it.
There is definitely Gossip girl vibes when reading this which i loved. I loved the fact that we got to read the different character's stories that are entwined with the main characters but i did prefer Anna's and Vronskys side of things.
There is plenty of drama, romance and also heartbreak and i enjoyed every bit of it!
This is definitely one of my favorite reads this year.
