Firstly to start with I do love the cover of Anna K by Jenny Lee it's bright and eye catching and draws you to the book.
However for me this is where the love ends, but this is by no means a reflection on Jenny Lees writing ability as I enjoyed the writing style, however the subjects of the book couldn't keep me interested.

I found it a hard slog to get through the first couple of chapters all the talk of high fashion brands is quiet unappealing and I struggled to understand some of the slang used, I feel this is a book aimed at young adults and I don't like that it seems to glamorize the use of drugs by teenagers with what seems only lovely consequences.
I have tried and tried to get through this book but the jumping around from the viewpoint of different characters is confusing as since the book is called Anna K I would of expected it to be mostly from her view.
I was disappointed that I couldn't manage to read this book, really not for me.
