Whilst the concept and initial start of the book really drew me in I found it difficult to read as it progressed. For me I think there were too many characters, perspectives and plot points being thrown around for a start for me to truly focus on the book. Additionally many characters could be relatable one minute and then utterly obnoxious the next which made reading awfully unpleasant. It felt too many characters were present and that, as a reader, I was meant to root for them as I saw their perspectives but for many of them they seemed so out of touch and pompous that to do so was difficult. Unfortunately I was therefore unable to finish the book, perhaps one day I'll pick it up again and see it through though.
