While I haven't read the classic that this is based upon I did really enjoy it and it has certainly left me wanting more.
It was fun to be able to read a classic story in such a colourful, modern way. I think the tone of the book is really well refelcted in the cover and it looks gorgeous on my shelves and in my instagram pictures .
I was a bbig fdan of gossip girl as a teenager and this bok was based around a similar set of characters which felt really exciting and nostalgic for me!
I think the book really goes into depth with the characters descriptions and you finish feeling like you know them all really well.
Books where the plot is focussed on different characters each chapter aren't always mty favourite but for this book i think it really worked.
