I initially shunned this book as it’s written for the YA market but after hearing good things from so many I felt I needed to read it . It’s a great read to escape in and reminded me straight away of gossip girl which I love and as I love New York I was transported straight back to manhattan. I loved all of the characters and how seeing his relationships developed and on reflection I think it could fall in the rom com/ chick lit adult s cation andnit just teen / YA . The cover is great and the uk cover is so much nicer than what I’ve seen in other countries. I would love to see this adapted to a film or Netflix series . I certainly will look out for more from this author in the future , overall a good read.
