I hate book covers which are overloaded with too much information, so this book looks appealing to me from the start. Although I have not heard of the author before, I am a keen reader of psychological thrillers and crime novels, and based on the first few pages this would be my kind of book. The characters are introduced in such a way as to make them all memorable, and I can't wait to read more.
