I had never heard of this author before reading this book and I am eager to read more of their work.
This story is about a woman who is trying to escape from her abusive husband so she asks someone from her past, her ex boyfriend in fact, who is in town to visit his dying sister, to help her fake her death.
One things that, at the beginning, I thought I wouldn't like was the fact that this book was written from multiple points of view but it turned out that I thoroughly enjoyed it as it let us discover what was happening with each character as well as giving us a break from other characters from time to time.
This book was almost a DNF but I was just in a slump and eventually pulled through and ended up actually enjoying it.
