I initially found it difficult to consolidate the cover and title with the topic of the book, however after reading the first impression I can see that the cluttered cover portrays the chaotic emotional state of the two main characters, whilst the clear central delineation reveals the differences between the two main characters, an interesting focus for a novel. So far I'm still unclear about the title...
I admire the focus on the mental health of teenagers, an issue that drastically needs to become less taboo in current society.
The novel is well written, fast paced and before I knew it I had finished the first look and was genuinely disappointed to have come to the end. I can't wait to find out what comes of Julius and Georgia and how their very contrasting lives may be connected throughout the remainder of the novel. I think this may be a novel that is difficult to put down!
