Hectic start with a lot going on tackling a clutch of big issues.
The premise almost immediately convinced me that this is not a novel for me and although I enjoy YA, the set-up all seemed a bit random with so much going on in the FI that it all felt too hectic! I struggled to remember who was who from the barrage of descriptions in the group therapy meeting.
Tackling so many big issues is an ambitious feat by the author and after reading the FI I am not convinced that this will be achievable. I also feel that my interest in the storyline has the potential to wane and I might well struggle to finish the book.
