Robert Muchamore is an incredible author. Everything about this sneak peek makes me excited to read the rest of the book. For such a short time spent with the characters, I feel like I know them and their personalities very well. The world's they each independently occupy and the world they have come together in, all feel perfectly thought out and realistic in a way that betrays how good Muchamore is at making his reader want to carry on reading. I'm intrigued in the different ways each of these characters live, in locations and styles completely different to my own and want to know more about what leads them to end up in the situation they start the book in. Everything feels incredibly intriguing and genuine. The character of Georgia especially interests me, as I was always the girl amongst the boys as a teen and I'd love to see how she handled it and if it aligns with how I did. I'm really excited to see where this book goes and can't wait to read more.
