I thoroughly enjoyed the First Impression of Arctic Zoo, having only previously read one of Mr Muchamore's books I was looking forward to this one and it has not disappointed, so far.
Admittedly there isn't too much character information to go on but already it is shaping up to make the reader care about Julius and Georgia. Some of the peripheral characters in the mental health facility also look interesting and I am looking forward to seeing how they develop.
I did get a bit of a One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest feeling about the opening chapter and this is NOT a bad thing.
