Good
This is the first book I have read by this author, and felt that it was really well-written and engaging.
The main characters were very different, and I found them both to be very likeable and interesting. I enjoyed reading from a dual perspective, although it was like reading two separate books, and I felt that it took quite a long time until the two story-lines finally came together.
The story began in a mental health unit before taking us back to show the two protagonists lives before and their journey and how they ended up there.
I did enjoy this book, and found it to be quite thought provoking, however i did feel at times that it got quite political.
Thank you to the publishers and to readers first for the ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.
