It took me a while to read this book but I am so glad I did. I liked The parallels to pride and prejudice which were really fun to spot. I was also happy that as well as being a loose retelling it was very much its own story. My favourite part had to be the characters. They were all so unique and we'll developed. The book also included a lot of extra bits like emails and texts ect. I found the writing style was fairly simple but I don't feel that took anything from the actual story.
It was great to see such a diverse book especially In the romance/contemporary genre. I'd say it was mostly a quick and happy read although it did explore a few slightly darker topics. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend as a quick read.
