This children's novel about a ballet school and the children who attend getting together to save the school is a lovely read. The illustrations are also really lovely. The story follows a girl who absolutely loves ballet. When she start's at a new ballet school she is very excited. She meet's lots of new friend's there and settles in well. Everything is going well until they find out that the ballet school is closing! The children really do not want this to happen. The main character come's up with a plan that she thinks may save the ballet school. All the other children think this is a really good idea and so does the ballet teacher. They get everyone involved- the parent's mainly but also some other local people. This novel has a lovely moral and would be excellent for children who love ballet. I do think other children would like it too .
