What a promising start to this new children’s fantasy series. This “ first look” introduces us to the three main protagonists of the story and the colourful world they inhabit. Each of the three children is an outsider in some way or another ( presumably this helps them bond as friends) and the world building so far is very good.
On a completely separate matter ————- it would be really really fantastic to have a good run of adult books to look at ( please !!!!).
