Wow! I have enjoyed reading this book so much, perfect for anyone who likes to get engrossed in a really good psychological thriller - you won't be able to put this book down. Great for fans of Karin Slaughter, Jack Jordan has an equally fantastic mind and ability to completely draw the reader in.
The book is based around a blind girl (Naomi) who's start in life was not a good one, after being brought up in a small town with her mother and sister, Hannah is struggling to overcome the challenges which keep being thrown her way. The only reliable thing in Naomi's life is her beloved dog Max. Many years before Naomi's sisters best friend disappeared and the two sisters drifted apart with the secrets between them. Now with local girls being murdered Naomi's life appears to be in danger as she is connected in one way or another to the murdered girls, unable to protect herself with her lack of sight and only her beloved Max for guidance someone is trying very hard to scare Naomi, even the police seem unable or unwilling to help.
Definitely a page turner as the secrets held by the town come to light.
