This looks like a good psychological thriller with an added dimension . A blind woman is the only witness to a murder - the murderer must feel completely safe from identification, but is he/she? I look forward to getting to know the character of the witness, who has some other, very real, issues in her life. The prologue, although quite graphic, set the scene for an intriguing murder/mystery, with more than a hint of a psychopath being involved. The police officers investigating the case appear to be diverse, interesting characters and I would expect their relationship to be developed within the story, providing another fascinating thread. All in all, this extract leads me to believe that this book could be a real page turner.
