I was really looking forward to reading this book and it didn’t disappoint. I liked the fact that it has short chapters and I kept saying to myself that I would just read one more.
In the story Naomi is a witness to a murder but as she is blind she can not help to identify the killer. There was a murder 20 years ago and Detective Marcus thinks they are linked somehow but the Police are covering up. More sinister events occur as the story unfolds and I really felt for Naomi as she becomes more isolated and doesn’t know who to trust. Her sister is hiding a secret and her ex husband always seems to be around.
It was certainly a page turner and I could not wait to read what happens. In parts the storyline was very graphic and a little over the top but I would recommend the book.
