I like the vibrant cover with the path dwindling into the future. Maryam and Zahra are drawn very clearly by the author and you can visualise them giggling over their lives; boys and their parents in particular.
Typical teenagers they speculate about the future, coming from different types of family but firm friends. They hope but are not sure this will continue.
There is something about to happen to rock their world but not sure what yet.
