This is an amazing book. Anyone that wishes to read a novel about friendship between two people of different backgrounds should order this. The descriptions of their childhood in Karachi are excellent and the references to cricket as they grow up are magical. When they meet again in London the story becomes about how they survive the secrets of their past. Highly recommended and cannot wait to read Kamila Shamshie's next book.
