A beautiful tale that covers a number of themes including a strong focus on friendship. Throughout friendship is uncovered in a deep way uncovering the love between friends and the power that can have in so many situations through life.
I enjoyed the aspect of learning about living within a goverment controlled country, in this case Pakistan, i enjoyed thinking about how this would affect everyday living. I enjoyed the passage of time the stroy moves through as this is a beautiful way the characters develop and you can go along for the ride with them. This is definetly a lovely way of seeing the friendship side of the story throughout, a real strong point and perfect pace.
Overall, the book is beautifully written drawing upon metaphors and poetic style however the structure of paragraphs are very long through the book but because it is so engaging I didn't seem to mind.
