Just reading the blurb of Black Mamba made me feel deeply unsettled so I can’t imagine how I would feel after consuming the whole book! In fact, I’m not really sure I would want to as the mix of gothic horror and erotic fiction does not appeal to me one tiny bit! I think I’ve seen some negative reviews of this one on bookstagram so I don’t think I’m going to be trying to win a copy on this occasion. I’m open minded and will read most things but I also want to enjoy the books I read and feel good about reading them!
