What a captivating start to this book. It is clearly much more than a run of the mill suspense/horror novel. Yes, there is a mix of the usual tropes e.g. a recent death in the family and young children who have a ‘ ghostly ‘ visitor to their bedroom. However, we have also been introduced to three adults reveal some interesting family dynamics which will be explored. A compelling and compulsive start to what promises to be a great read.
