Sometimes you read books and it is as if it has been written just for you. Everything just clicks into place. This is how I feel about this book.
I wish I had read the first 3 in the series first as I loved every aspect of this so so much.
First off police procedural books are just my ultimate jam. And I loved it was set in Scotland. I could hear the characters talking to each other it was that realistic.
I love Ross. Being ex police myself I can well imagine this rough and ready copper willing to go the extra mile to get the bad guys.
Everything about this book was magnificent. I can not speak more highly about it and I am shocked he has managed to reach book 4 without me finding him before now.
I am without a doubt now ordering the other 3 books and devouring them like I have this one.
Highly recommend this for edge of the seat thrilling police action!!!!
