There certainly was a lot going on in this story and the author included several taboo subjects into the story. These include young people trafficking, kidnapping, under aged prostitution,drugs, murder, violence, cyber crime and a dodgy person working in one of the police departments. However, he also showed the better side of society by giving the reader some idea of what police work is all about and the sort of help foster carers give to young vulnerable people in the community.
