I really enjoyed reading the book. I wasn't expecting it to be quite as gruesome as it was but it was still a brilliant read full of emotions, crime, and dark twists!
I really felt for the parents of the missing girl, who had clearly given their all to raising her and had become very attached.
The link to the sister still stuck in Albania with the potential for horrific things happening to her seemed a bit forced and far fetched,but didn't put me off the story.
The regular stream of horrific gangster types being involved in horrific, gory endings added a bit of excitement to the plot, but I found it a bit more grim that the types of book I usually go for.
I have to say I predicted the ending fairly early doors so was a little disappointed when my theory turned out to be the actual ending of the book!
Overall, a great read but didn't stand out as being something I'd particularly remember.
