This is most definitely the type of book I would pick up and find hard not to purchase. The title is good, the cover image is enticing and the bio details all the kind of things I would enjoy reading about. A young girl, whom I can identify with as a female, goes for a run, i enjoy running also and then there is police involvement (I can't say i have ever been in that situation!) but I do enjoy reading about crime and mystery especially when it involves police and a bonus if it is potentially corrupt police. I feel like the girl is the underdog in this story, and who doesn't back an underdog.
Not an author that I have ever read anything of but the cover and bio reminds me of Harlen Coben or Lee Patterson. If I were to purchase this book I wouldn't want to spend anymore then £5 to £6 purely because it is a new author to my collection but I would 100% purchase this book as it is eye catching.
