It’s good to have an historical novel about this part of the 17th century, I’m hoping it will be as good as authors such as S.J. Parrish, who has brought alive the in’s and out’s of the earlier Tudor century. The preview gives the reader a quick look into the political machinations of this period, which were even more divisive than the current political climate in this country, with much blood, religious divisions and dodgy Europeans assassins. I’m looking forward to this one.
