If you love reading historical fiction then this would be the perfect read for you. As someone who adores historical fiction, I was really excited to read this story. From the first look, I could see that it was a book with a lot of potential and it certainly didn't disappoint.
I didn't know that this book was a part of a series, and now I after reading this I am very intrigued to read the first book too!
Overall the characters were very well developed and I found it very easy to connect to them. I thought the writing was superb and gave a really accurate and detailed look at this period of history.
I cannot fault this book as it was quite literally amazing. I loved the ending and I definitely can't wait to read the next instalment if there is going to be one.
