This so reminded me of a complete comic series the ones you rushed home from school to buy just so you could see the next episode! Bob is the main character and he’s out to save the world with his best friend Malcolm they can get up to some fantastic mischief. It’s like dandy meets beans on a larger scale and you just know with every chapter there’s going to be laughter mayhem followed by a little suspense. With Bob he wants to head off and have adventures and find mire clues and conclusions. However what is fun if it’s not with your best friend? I loved the way the two of them interacted in the story and how they bounced off each other. It’s obvious Bob will always take the lead where Malcolm just follows along. But whatever they do it’s fun laughter and of course a great big dollop of excitement. I read this book thinking it’s just a kids book but I really did enjoy it!
