I loved The Bookshop Girl. It was a witty and relatable contemporary novel which took on issues as diverse as casual sexism and high-street closures. Now Paige is back and she is off to the beach.

It is lovely to see a series about unashamedly working class places. Paige aspires to see places beyond her hometown but she is determined to make the most of every opportunity while she is there.
The cover is cute. I think the wellies and dropped ice-cream hint that the setting may not be as glamorous or exciting as 'festival' implies.
