Loved it!
It isn't very often I love a sequel more the first in a series, this is one of those occasions. Some of you may remember my first of Bookshop Girl from a few months ago. Following on from the first book, Life's A Beach continues to follow the main character Paige and her best friend Holly.
This book is super short, but it's packed full with funny, heartwarming moments, and messages a teenage me would have absolutely loved. Paige grows a lot as a character in this book, and Holly is great as always. I loved the layer of romance in the background, but nothing can be compared to how much I loved Minnie and her dog! They were probably my favourite characters in this book.
I can't say much more, because, as I said before it's a short book, and I really don't want to risk any spoilers for my readers.
4 out of 5 stars.
