I was so drawn to this book for many reasons, the cover is fun, colourful and playful, the title is a fun play on words and generally the cover is just cute.

The blurb got me super excited because who doesn't want to read a book about books and authors and all those fun things?!

The story was brilliant! I immersed myself fully into Paige and Holly's world, very envious of their jobs and the fact they went to a book festival. The story took me to Skegton-on-sea where everything seems to happen...it reminded me of Skegness (maybe this was part of the inspiration).

I recently moved away from Skegvegas as it is so well known as and this book transported me right back there although Skegton has a lot more going on. I laughed out loud many a time but page 181 really cracked me up when Paige and Robbie discuss the tattoo shop. I laughed so much because i can fully believe someone would walk in wanting a portrait of their child and leave with a Phil Mitchell baby tattoo.

All in all this book deserved all five stars because it is well written, light hearted and made me reminisce about my own memories in Skegness of meeting a boy in my local Whsmith (I couldn't make this up) and just generally reminding me of all the fun i had living in a seaside town for seven years.
