It's no secret: I absolutely loved this sample. I can relate to the main character Paige on so many levels (University applications, applying for student loans). One of my life goals is to work in a bookshop, it's refreshing to see teens working in a bookish environment. Some of the content including a mention of library closures is sadly a realistic area that is happening. I felt happy, sad and determined throughout reading the sample. I would love to continue with Bookshop Girl and see what happens regarding the future of the bookshop.
